SACSNA

Student Application 

In order to qualify for SACSNA to pay for a student to attend an event the following criteria must be met:

• The student must belong to the National Student Nursing Association (NSNA).
• The student can be in the Registered Nursing Program or a pre-nursing student.
• The student currently or in the past/future, within one semester, has been an active participating member in SACSNA.
• The student must be in a good academic standing.

SACSNA wishes that every student wanting to attend an event could go, however that may not always be possible.  We will try to accommodate as many as possible, but there is no guarantee.

Complete and submit this form to Rosemarie Hirsh or Teresa Simbro by the due date.  Attach a check for a $50.00 deposit.  The check will not be cashed, but given as a reimbursement after the student attends the specified event.  If the student cannot attend the event, he or she must notify one of the above 3 weeks in advance before the event.  If there is no notification and the student does not attend the event, the deposit is forfeited; therefore the check will be cashed.  In case of an emergency one of the above has the right to issue a reimbursement back to the student, who has given no notification of not attending the specified event.
